Hello, my name is Carlos Viscarro but most people know me as “Tuqui”. I was born in these lands and have loved fly fishing since I was a child. I grew up and started guiding at 18 years old.
Time and life gave me lots of satisfactions such as having my own flyfishing outfitting company.
